Shipments are made only to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Once the order is placed, you will have it at your home within 24/48 hours on business days. If the order is placed on Fridays, Weekends and Holidays, it will leave our workshop the next business day.

RETURN POLICY

Pi Negre Velas Artesanales accepts returns for 14 days counting from the day of receipt of the order if the products are not used, changed, washed or manipulated in any other way. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

No product can be returned to Pi Negre Velas Artesanales without the prior written consent of Pi Negre Velas Artesanales, and is subject to a return charge.
